Chef Paolo, hailing from the sun-kissed shores of Sicily, grew up immersed in the rich culinary traditions of his homeland. Surrounded by the vibrant flavors and aromas of fresh, local ingredients, he developed a deep passion for cooking at an early age. Under the guidance of his family, Paolo mastered the art of creating authentic Sicilian dishes, a legacy he proudly carries forward today.

After refining his skills in some of Sicily's most esteemed kitchens, Chef Paolo brought his culinary expertise to Rustic Pie Co.
